The resort is uniquely situated at the end of the famous Rethymnon beach promenade overlooking the Mediterranean. The beach part of the hotel was awarded a European Blue Flag for its cleanliness. The centre of Rethymnon is only 2.2 km away. Links to public transport are roughly 2.5 km from the hotel and Heraklion International Airport 'Nikos Kazantzakis' is approximately 70 km away. This design sea and city resort was built in 2009 and features 100 guestrooms spread over three floors which are accessible through lifts.
