Hótelið er staðsett í hjarta sögufræga bæjarins Trogir, 7 km frá Split-flugvellinum, í miðbæ Dalmatíu. Gististaðurinn er í svolítið rólegu götu 25 m frá aðalgötunni og nálægt öllum helstu markiðum og veitingastöðum. Þetta sögulega, loftkælda hótel er í einbýlishúsi sem er í UNESCO vernduðum hluta Trogir. Húsið er frá 14. öld og býður upp á 5 loftkæld herbergi.
