Podere Castel Merlo, in the Villongo (BG), is lcoated between Valcalepio and Franciacorta. The castle was founded in the year one thousand as a fortifield building for defensive use. The castle was acquired in the early '900 by Buelli family that attaches to the family wine estate. Today Castel Podere Merlo is reborn with a new charm: a luxury Relais, a five-star hotel that writes a new page in the history of this Lombard glimpse.
